Session Summary:
Ryan and I had a terrific first lesson tonight! I found Ryan to be personable and friendly and eager to learn. I also appreciate how forthright he was with letting me know when I was going too fast and when I was losing him with my explanations. Ryan and I spent the first few minutes introducing ourselves, then we discussed Ryan's goals for these sessions, then we jumped into some true "back to basics" review of foundational Latin grammar: the five characteristics of conjugated verbs, the three characteristics of declined nouns, and an introduction to the "language of language study". I truly look forward to our future lessons. Great job tonight, Ryan!
