Session Summary:
Pierce did just great tonight. He was a little bit not himself—a little more cheeky and impatient than he's been wont to be in our sessions—but I understand, considering he's been taking finals all week. I'd be that way, too! He did a fine job on his English-->Latin translation, and we did a quick-and-dirty review of the six tenses in the indicative mood and how they are expressed in English. We finished the session with a quick note about how the four principal parts of any given Latin verb are grouped into two pairs: the first and second principal parts concern the Present System, and the third and fourth principal parts concern the Perfect System. I wished Pierce luck on his Latin final tomorrow, then told him he didn't need any luck, because he was *more* than ready to blow it out of the water. Thanks, Pierce, for your wonderful and hard work tonight.
