Session Summary:
Anjay did a terrific job today. We continued our tackling of the important and common piece of Latin grammar, the indirect statement. We translated a couple of more sentences in which tense of the main verb and the tense of the infinitive are both present, then we delved into the trickier situation when the tense of the infinitive becomes *relative to* the tense of the main verb, something around which English speakers typically have a tough wrapping their minds. Anjay struggled, but really no more than I expected him to. He clearly demonstrated growing mastery of this material as we continued our work together. Great job today, Anjay. I can't *wait* to see your unique take on Romeo & Juliet!
